Very swift response and good courier

I have shopped from Axminster often and the experience has always been great when It comes to their product. The shipping company they use DPD however are no good. I live in a block of flats and DPD often can't be bothered to tap my flat number into the call box so I can either let them in or go and collect it. Instead you get an email stating they tried to deliver but no one was in. Its absolute rubbish.DPD do this so often then I have to take time off just so I can go and collect the item. I have spoken many times to them on the phone and even sent a letter and a bill for the work I could not do because I had to take time out if my day to collect the item they should have delivered.

Good service looked on website one day, the item wanted good price. BUT THE POST WAS ALMOST THE SAME AS THE ITEM!!! The next day received e .mail saying POST FREE!!

I needed some more glue and ordered my usual brand Titebond Ultimate 3 in stock and good free delivery.

Great service as always, although surprised and disappointed that the dogs for the track saw don’t come in a protective case like the other ukj dogs but instead an oversized cardboard box
